I’m Adil Ajmal, the founder of Adil Properties, and my journey into property wasn’t driven by hardship, it was driven by ambition, curiosity, and a genuine desire to build something with long-term value.

I grew up in a stable, supportive household where hard work and discipline were always expected. I wasn’t struggling, and I wasn’t handed everything either. What I did have was the mindset to push further, to take calculated risks, and to challenge myself beyond comfort.

I studied the market obsessively, spent years analysing trends, and learned from every deal I watched from the outside before I ever stepped into the industry myself.
