I’m Adil Ajmal, the founder of Adil Properties, and my journey into property wasn’t driven by hardship, it was driven by ambition, curiosity, and a genuine desire to build something with long-term value.

I grew up in a stable, supportive household where hard work and discipline were always expected. I wasn’t struggling, and I wasn’t handed everything either. What I did have was the mindset to push further, to take calculated risks, and to challenge myself beyond comfort.

Property first caught my attention not because of money, but because of structure, the strategy behind investment, the process of turning potential into actual value, and the satisfaction of seeing a project come to life. I studied the market obsessively, spent years analysing trends, and learned from every deal I watched from the outside before I ever stepped into the industry myself.
